Delivery

Delivery cost is automatically calculated on the checkout page after confirming your delivery address details.

Items are dispatched normally within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order/payment.

Most items are dispatched out of warehousing in Sydney with some items dispatched from Brisbane and Melbourne warehousing. Your order may arrive by multiple carriers depending on the warehouse your items have been dispatched from.

Deliveries Within Australia
For orders being delivered within Australia the cost for delivery is automatically calculated as you add items to the cart and enter your delivery address location.

NSW:  1 to 3 Days  (Regional 2 to 4 Days)
VIC:  1 to 3 Days  (Regional 2 to 4 Days)
QLD:  1 to 3 days (Regional 2 to 5 Days)
SA:  2 to 3 Days  (Regional 2 to 5 Days)
WA:  7 Days  (Regional 7 to 9 Days)
NT:  7 Days  (Regional 7 to 9 Days)
TAS:  5 Days  (Regional 5 to 8 Days)

Tracking and Notifications of Your Order Delivery
We provide real time delivery tracking information with automatic email notifications of the progress and status of your deliveries for most of the courier companies we use. You can also check the progress of your delivery at anytime by entering the Courier Consignment Number at http://track.stainlessflatpack.com.au

Couriers
The courier company chosen to deliver your item/s is based on the item size, weight, quantity and destination being sent to so that you receive your items as quickly, efficiently and carefully as possible. Items may arrive to your location via one or more couriers. We will email the Courier Tracking number/s when dispatched so that you will be able to track your courier delivery.

Delivery of items is to kerb side and does not include unpacking, positioning or assembly.

Credit Card, PayPal and PayID orders are processed immediately for dispatch the same day or next business day.

If paying Bank Transfer, please allow your payment to clear. Your order will then be dispatched the same day, or next business day.

International Deliveries
We currently only deliver to mainland Australia States and Territories including Tasmania. International deliveries are not available.
